Monthly Yoga & Mindfulness Workshops
Build muscle, find balance, and gain awareness of your body as you join us for a one hour light flow yoga session. We will begin unwinding through relaxing breathwork and be lead through a flow that is great for all yoga levels. We will wrap up with guided relaxation.
